These terms apply to purchases from The Digital Edit, operated by Liana Bastiand, entrepreneur individuel trading as Elev8Yourself (see Legal notice).
Products
We sell digital downloadable products (printables and related digital files). Product pages describe what is included (format, page count, language, licence). Screenshots and mockups are illustrative.
Price and currency
Prices are shown in EUR unless a market shows otherwise. Prices are final. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. We may update prices at any time; the price charged is the one shown at checkout.
Order and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order and make the download available (usually automatically after successful payment). We accept the payment methods enabled in Shopify checkout.
Delivery of digital goods
Delivery is by instant download (email and/or customer account / Digital Products delivery). You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for storing your files. Re-download access may be available from your order confirmation for a limited period; contact us if you lose access.
Licence of use
Unless a product page says otherwise, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use (print for yourself / your household). You may not resell, redistribute, share the files publicly, claim the design as your own, or use them to create competing commercial products. Commercial / extended licences are only granted if expressly stated on the product page.
Intellectual property
All designs, text, and files remain the property of Elev8Yourself / Liana Bastiand or their licensors. Purchase does not transfer copyright.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to use the payment method, that the billing details are accurate, and (for the digital-content waiver) that you understand immediate delivery means loss of the withdrawal right as described in the Refund policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect losses (for example lost data after you have successfully downloaded the file, or printing costs at a third-party shop). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Consumers in the EU keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent French courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version linked at checkout applies to that order.
